They are intended for the chocolate, biscuit, chocolate drinks and cosmetics industries.


Cocoa Liquor
Cocoa liquor is a very important ingredient in chocolate. Besides the fact that it is the ingredient present in greater quantities in dark chocolates, it gives chocolate its aromatic peculiarities, its characteristic taste.
The taste of chocolate comes in part from the land where the cocoa is grown. Thus, chocolate bars made with beans from a single region or from a single country (single-origin chocolate) will each have their own aromas and flavors.

Cocoa Powder
Cocoa powder is a food product obtained from the cocoa beans of the cocoa tree after a series of processing operations.
It is relatively rich in protein (on average 22%) and very rich in dietary fiber (30%). It stands out among foods as being the best source of flavanols (epicatechin, catechin, proanthocyanin).


Cocoa butter
Extracted from cocoa liquor, cocoa butter is part of the composition of chocolate but is also used in certain cosmetic or pharmaceutical products.
Cocoa butter is obtained through a second level of processing that very few companies established in Côte d’Ivoire have achieved.
Cocoa Cake
Obtained at the same time as the butter during the pressing of cocoa mass, the cocoa press cake is mainly used in the chocolate and biscuit industry.
